This policy explains what Rowbot ("we", "us") does with your information when you use the Rowbot service at rowbot.uk.

What we collect

• Your email address, which you give us to sign in.
• The documents you upload (supplier invoices and receipts) so we can read them and produce your output.
• The data we extract from those documents, and the column layouts you save.
• Basic usage information, such as how many documents you process, to run your plan.
• Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we handle your documents

We read each uploaded document to produce your output, then discard the original file. We keep the figures we extract and the outputs you generate, as your processing history, until you delete them or close your account.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers purely to run the service:

• Anthropic, to read the text of your documents.
• Stripe, to take payment.
• Resend, to send your sign-in emails.
• Our hosting provider, to run the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents to train anyone's models.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Contact us and we will help.
