These terms govern your use of Rowbot at rowbot.uk. By using Rowbot you agree to them.
Rowbot reads supplier invoices and receipts you upload and produces the output format you choose, such as a stock sheet, gross profit figures, or a spreadsheet. It is a tool to save you time on data entry.
Rowbot reads documents automatically and can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing its output before you rely on it for your accounts, tax, pricing, or any other decision. Rowbot flags figures that do not reconcile to help, but the final check is yours.
Keep access to your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not upload documents you do not have the right to use.
We work to keep Rowbot available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous three months.
You can stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes are subject to its courts.
